Data we may collect: (1) messages you send via the contact form (name, email, content); (2) if you create an account: identity, email, profile and delivery details necessary for orders; (3) technical data: IP address, logs, cookies according to your choices (see Cookie policy).

Purposes: respond to enquiries; operate the site and user accounts; process orders and invoices; secure the service; comply with legal obligations; improve the site if you accept analytics cookies.

Legal bases: performance of a contract (orders, account); legitimate interest (security, site improvement within proportionality); consent (non-essential cookies, certain marketing if enabled); legal obligation where applicable.

Retention: messages and order data are kept for the time needed to handle the relationship and any legal accounting/tax retention periods. Account data is kept until you delete your account or after a period of inactivity according to internal rules.

Recipients / processors: service providers strictly necessary to operate the site, including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication and database), Resend or equivalent (transactional email), Formspree or equivalent (contact form), Google reCAPTCHA (anti-spam on the contact form), and the payment provider when online payments are enabled. No sale of personal data.

Transfers outside the EU: if a provider processes data outside the EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

Your rights (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. CNIL in France).

Security: reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied; no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Changes: this policy may be updated; the “last updated” date appears on this page when significant changes are made.
